About – NAMI 5K Walks / Run For Mental Health
The NAMIWalks events bring together people of all ages and fitness levels to combat stigma, raise funds and promote awareness of mental illness. Our NAMIWalks 5K Run / Walk event is a celebration of recovery—a time when we come together to let the world know we are #stigmafree.
There is no registration fee, but participants are encouraged to build teams, share stories and raise funds to support NAMI CCNS. Participants raising at least $100 are given a NAMIWalks t-shirt on the day of their Walk. Other fundraising incentives may apply.
