Whether you recently returned from military active duty, are recovering from sexual assault, or have recurring nightmares from a long time ago, trauma and PTSD can be a daily force that is difficult to escape. Psychological and emotional trauma can be influenced by several things, such as a single event, a horrifying accident, a natural disaster, a life-threatening disease, or even living with persistently high levels of stress.
Guest Speakers: Dr. Phil Metres and Laurie Kahn, MA, LCPC, MFA
