Connections is for adults who may have recently been hospitalized or diagnosed with a mental health condition.
What is NAMI Connection Recovery Support Groups?
A free, confidential, peer-led support group for adults working on mental health recovery. By sharing experiences in a safe setting, gain hope and develop relationships. Develop insight from hearing the challenges and successes of others.

How is NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group facilitated?
NAMI Connection support groups meet weekly for 90 minutes and are led by peer facilitators who are experienced in living well with mental illness. Connection participants meet in casual, but confidential groups to discuss their personal challenges with recovery, share coping strategies and offer one another support and understanding.
