Highland Park was not the first mass shooting on the North Shore. Thirty-four years ago, there was another shooting at an elementary school in neighboring Winnetka, IL.  The gunwoman shot Phil Andrew after she fled the school. Now 54 years old, Andrew went on to become an FBI special agent and advocate for those who experience the trauma of gun violence.
