If you are a frontline medical worker, teacher, first responder, nursing home caregiver, or social worker feeling the weight of caring for others, we invite you to join us in a confidential, safe, positive, supportive conversation with others who understand. This group is co-facilitated by a nurse and school psychologist.
In this online support group:
- learn how to reduce compassion fatigue
- manage feelings of anxiety and stress
- understand and help alleviate future potential PTSD symptoms
- create life-long bonds with people just like you
