The dark winter months and the pressure of the holiday season are hard for everyone. They can be particularly hard for people with mental health challenges. This program provides skills and support to help people find encouragement in faith and spiritual practices during these difficult months. Included in the evening’s program will be a time to experience the importance of gathering when under stress. “Come to the Quiet” invites all to a gentle practice that helps calm the mind and revive the spirit.
